How easy it is to share and distribute information from a BI system?

Our products are born and evolved thanks to the experience gained in years of data management and analysis projects. We have always believed in the value of information. The correct sharing and distribution of information creates value for the company and the people that are part of it.

With this idea in mind we are working on the new BIMAIL version: It is not only a release with added functionalities, but a real “on top” system to BI tools to easily share data at 360 degrees.

BIMAIL allows taking tables and charts from Qlik, to send them as an attachment, and is used by a hundred of Italian and foreign customers.

In the new release, BIMAIL, due in march 2017, it will be possible to integrate information from different documents and analysis. With MultiApplication tasks, it will be possible to insert an object from a QlikView application and another from a Qlik Sense application, or more objects from different applications in the same platform.

We have also developed another feature, asked from our customers and partners.

“Smart Slide” mode will be available in BIMAIL. With an HTML editor, the user will be able to add Qlik Objects in a template, in order to create documents that can be attached to the email, in an easy and intuitive way.
